Yes. QR Code Reader is free to use and needs no account or sign-up.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Dhurta Suite processes your files inside your own browser. They are not uploaded, stored or seen by anyone, and they are discarded when you close the page.
Which file formats are supported?
QR Code Reader accepts PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Dhurta Suite can be installed as an app, and every tool you open is saved on your device so it opens and works without an internet connection. You can also save all tools for offline use in Settings.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. It works in current mobile browsers on Android and iPhone, as well as on desktop.
Are there any limitations?
Camera scanning needs camera permission; video frames are processed in the page and never recorded or uploaded. Very small, blurred or heavily stylised codes may not be readable.
